Our client is a globally active, family-owned company in the industrial and technology sector, headquartered in the Hamburg area, with strong innovation in digitalization. To strengthen the internal IT team, we are looking for a committed individual to join as an Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) CRM Service as soon as possible. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the further development of CRM processes, advise internal departments, and always keep an eye on overarching IT strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
Support and further development of company-wide CRM service processes and solutions within a modern IT landscape
Advising internal departments on the optimal use of CRM systems
Analyzing, designing, and implementing new requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Managing interfaces between IT, business, and external service providers
Supporting international IT projects with a focus on CRM
Conducting training sessions and workshops for users
Your Qualifications:
Successfully completed studies, vocational training, or comparable qualification with an IT focus
Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems; ERP experience is a plus
Knowledge in building company-wide SOA or EAI platforms
Experience in designing and implementing microservice architectures as well as working with cloud technologies and cloud platforms
Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
Experience working with international teams is desirable
Very good German and English skills are required for working in an international environment
